To manufacture this device, you will need a control unit for 4 relays with a remote control, a metal strip, sections of profile pipes, a spring, a piece of a square, hardware and an activator of the car’s door lock.

The first step is to cut off workpieces of suitable sizes. It will take a square of 12 * 12 mm, a piece of profile 15 * 15 mm and a piece of profile pipe 20 * 20 mm.
The main stages of work
A piece of a profile pipe 20 * 20 mm 70 mm long must be welded to a metal strip 40 * 4 mm 16 cm long.
The author welds a piece of a square bar to a 15 * 15 mm profile pipe about 3 cm long. The square needs to be sharpened a bit at an angle to make a “tongue”.
We put a return spring on the activator rod of the car door lock.
In addition, the author makes a slot in the profile pipe 20x20 mm, and in the profile pipe 15 * 15 mm drills a hole and cuts the thread. Then he screws in a screw.
Due to this, when the power is cut off, the gate can be opened manually from the inside. True, for this there must be a door through which you can get into the garage.
