The construction of the homemade product, in principle, is quite simple, but for the convenience of drilling, a depth limiter and a mechanism for adjusting the height of the workpiece are provided.
First of all, it is necessary to file the blanks that are required for the manufacture of a mini drilling machine. Then the master makes wooden fasteners for a screwdriver.
The main stages of work
Fasteners for a screwdriver need to be fixed on the base with (they are simply worn on long bolts, and then fixed with nuts). In addition to the base, the platform is attached to the hinges, on which the workpieces will be in the process of drilling holes.
The next step is to install a screwdriver and a depth gauge. This unit is a movable carriage and a latch.
The base of the machine itself is fixed to the table or workbench using a conventional clamp. You can also come up with some other mount.
We put the workpiece on the platform, set the required height and depth of drilling, after which you can safely drill a hole.
