To make this original wooden bench for a summer residence, workshop or garage, in addition to the shock absorber springs for a motorcycle, you will also need wooden blanks and four pieces of metal profile.
The design itself is quite simple - even a novice master can cope without problems. However, manual arc welding skills will be required.
First, four springs will need to be welded along the edges of the metal profile, and the second piece of the profile will be welded on top.
And such pieces for this project need to be done in two pieces - the seat will rest on them. These details can immediately be well sanded with a grinder with a petal wheel, and then painted.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the master makes two legs for the bench from the board, on which the platforms with springs should rest. For each such leg, two small pieces of board are used.
Next, the legs are connected to each other using a jumper, and blocks with springs are mounted on top of them. The two upper boards are already attached to them. Then it remains only to grind and varnish.
