Elastic band for hair "Lush Dahlia"

To make Lush Dahlia, you will need:
- light pink ribbon about 2.5 cm wide.
- scissors.

- tweezers with inclined tips.

From a ribbon of a light pink shade, it is necessary to cut segments with a length of 4 cm with scissors.
From the obtained strips, it is necessary to make petals. To do this, each workpiece should be held with the wrong side up and wrap the sides with the edge to the center, placing them butt-to-face.
Then the parts need to be folded in half along their length, resulting in parts that are bent four times.
Next, you need to clamp the slices with tweezers with inclined tips and cut off the corners of the tapes.
With the lighter flame, it remains to scorch the edges of the tapes to secure the folded state. Then the petals need to be deployed from the folds.
It remains to process the lower part of the parts by carefully wrapping the side edges to the middle of the workpieces. Each addition must be immediately fused with fire, soldering two layers of tapes together.
As a result, we get such petals for decoration. It remains to prepare the base for the flower, cutting out a circle of a diameter of 4.2 cm from a light pink ribbon.
On the base of the tape, you need to attach 9 petals along the entire edge, leaving the same distance between them.
The first row is ready, you need to glue the second tier of the petals, placing them between the details of the previous row.
Then it remains to make the third row of 8 parts.
Now you need a middle for the flower, you need a cabochon and 8 petals. Rounded bead cabochon will be a small base. It is necessary to glue 4 petals with hot glue to the wrong side of the cabochon, placing them in the shape of a cross.
Then you need to attach 4 more details.
It turned out a neat middle for the flower, it should be fixed on the prepared flower.
Further down the center of the seamy side of the base you need to attach an elastic band for the hair.
It remains to supplement the flower and its center with silver sequins.
