To make coffee cards, we need to take:
• Watercolor paper, sheet A3;
• Scrapbook paper dense taupe, sheet 30 * 30 cm;
• Two coffee pictures;
• Burlap;
• Twine;
• Kraft paper;
• A sheet of office paper tinted with coffee;
• Whole bean coffee;
• Cinnamon sticks;
• Dried star anise;
• Waxed brown cord;
• Brads are small;
• Buttons wooden beige and brown;
• Satin ribbon dark brown 12 mm wide;
• Lace white spider web;
• Lace cotton beige;
• Metal pendant shovel and key;
• Flower puncher;
• Printed inscriptions "Happy Holiday";
• Lace puncher;
• Kraft paper circle;
• Curls of gold cut down;
• Scissors, ruler, ink pad, double-sided tape, glue gun, pencil.
So, we take a watercolor paper and cut out from it two bases for our future cards. Cut two blanks measuring 10 * 17 cm.
Now we age the sheets with an ink pillow, tint the edges of both blanks with a black or gold pillow.
We have prepared the basics, we will now work with scrapbook paper.
Four rectangles of 9.5 * 16.5 cm are cut out of the sheet. Now, each along the edge needs to be grabbed with scissors. Thus we get a torn effect.
We immediately glue the backs to the basics, for this we use double-sided tape.
Front rectangles will be decorated. Cut squares from burlap, make lace strips from craft paper, cut out rectangles of tinted paper coffee, stripes of lace and inscriptions with pictures.
In the same way we tint and inscriptions. First, glue the strips of kraft paper at the top, then a piece of burlap, tinted clippings on them, then pictures. We also insert the circle and lace in the right places. Glue on the inscription below.
We also cut two rectangles of 9 * 10 cm, punch them and glue them into the blanks. These will be pockets for money, if necessary.
Also for each postcard we cut two strips of brown ribbon of 18-20 cm. Glue on the front and back of each base. Sew inscriptions and pictures on each blank.
Now cut off a strip of twine and a waxed cord. Now we will fix the cinnamon stick. Approximately in the middle of the cord and twine, insert the brads and thread them into the workpiece, fasten.
Strengthened, now apply the cinnamon sticks and tie on a bow.
We do the same on the second workpiece. Glue and front sides to the basics.
Sew first the front, then the back of each postcard. Well, in the end, we now decorate postcards with paper flowers, coffee beans, star anise, butterflies. Curls and buttons.
Glue the decor with a thermal gun. Thank you and good luck to everyone!
